Phoenix currently builds all of our PC systems to our custom specifications and at a reasonable cost, which gives us a common platform for drivers and other PC support throughout our complex of more than 450 PCs. In addition, through the use of their technical support staff, we have been able to forgo hiring another full-time PC support person because Phoenix is able to provide those services on a timely basis, with a greater source of expertise and lower overall cost than R&D would have to pay for a comparable full-time employee.
