How Secure is my Data?

Using 448bit Blowfish encryption, our client's data is encrypted by our software before it leaves your PC's or Servers - even Phoenix cannot access the data unless the client provides their encryption key. Unlike other providers that outsource their online backup software or the storage of your data, all equipment is own by Phoenix and operated by our fine staff of engineers. 

Our datacenter facilities feature numerous layers of security (biometrics, Proxim card, and combination) as well as redundancies to prevent any down time caused by loss of power or the internet.  All data is replicated to a second secure data center in Memphis, TN, providing increased data continuity outside of the region.

 

Pricing

Basic pricing is built around the amount of data being backed up.  The number of backups (history) and frequency is completely adjustable based on your individual business needs.  Our pricing is flexible and can be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly.  Please call us for pricing information.
