EssentialCare - Monitoring and support for all network equipment with unlimited business hour phone support. Our Monitoring software allows us to ensure all systems are kept current with updates and patches. This allows us to run a more proactive network for our client's businesses.
BasicCare - Monitoring of network and server. Through our BasicCare, we monitor the network equipment and server to receive alerts when equipment is offline. Clients receive a monthly report as to the health of their server.
Blocktime - Discounted Hourly rates for pre-purchased time.
