Network Blueprint

By keeping up to date on our clients infrastructure, Phoenix is able to support our client's support needs quickly. We also don't want our clients to ever feel like they are being held hostage so we provide our clients with detailed documentation of their network and infrastructure.

With our initial introduction to the network, our Systems Engineer will perform a site analysis.  We will review and audit the following:

• Current PC/laptop inventory
• Server configuration
• Backup strategy
• Technology service providers (internet, phone, web hosting etc...)
• Network security
• Software licensing
• Disaster recovery plan

Once the analysis is complete, we will compile the results and meet with the business to review the positives and areas of improvement based industry best practices.  If desired, we can even craft a plan of attack and help the business prioritize issues that may need to be resolved. 

Bottom line, we want to help educate our customers so they can make informed decisions regarding their technology and how it will benefit their business.
