A Minnesota native with 14 years of supporting small to enterprise businesses here in the Twin Cities sets Mike apart from most technical engineers. A veteran at managing both complex data center environments as well as consulting on small and medium business infrastructures. Mike likes staying in shape and playing golf in his spare time.

After receiving his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1992,  Rich fell into the wonderful world of computer support.  19 years later Rich is still taking care of servers, migrating users, and managing networks.  Rich is very active in his children's school and supports numberous non-profits with volunteering his time.
